Here is how our process flow works:

Step 1 – Dictation can be carried out in two ways:
Telephone Call in
Simply dial our toll free number and leave your dictation over the telephone. We give you the flexibility and control to leave your dictation at the touch of a button and free of charge call.

Hand-held Digital Recorders
Using a wide variety of digital recorders, simply dictate in the normal way. As a small hand-held device this can be used anywhere and at anytime. It couldn't be more simple or user-friendly.

At the end of the day or whenever it is convenient to you, just plug your hand-held recorder into your PC using the cable provided and upload the audio files, it's that easy!
This can be done from any PC with an internet connection; you are not tied to any one piece of equipment.

Step 2 - Medical Transcription
All our transcriptionists are split into specialist teams. Each Doctor is allocated an individual transcriptionist, which ensures quality through familiarization on a regular basis.

Step 3 - Quality Control
We have a three-tier system of quality control. The Proofreader and the Quality Analyst do word-by-word quality check after the dictations are transcribed by our transcriptionists for errors, omissions, formatting, etc.

Step 4 – Completed Output
All files are visually checked for accuracy, signed off and delivered to our client.
